Reporting dates

You report your packaging volumes via the customer portal on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the volume of your packaging materials.

You will receive information via email well in advance of the reporting deadline.

Volumes are reported to us monthly or quarterly, not later than the 25th day of the month after the end of the reporting period.

  • Quarterly reporting
A company whose packaging fees are below SEK 120,000/calendar year reports quarterly, the month after a completed quarter (i.e. April, July, October, and January) unless otherwise agreed.
  • Monthly reporting

Approve your report to the Swedish EPA

Annual report

Reporting to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency occurs once a year. We manage this reporting for you. All you need to do is go to our customer portal by March of each year and approve the packaging volumes that are to be reported to the EPA.

Depending on the types of packaging your company has, the report to the EPA may need to be supplemented with more information before it is submitted.

Next step (5 of 5): Additional information to the EPA
